Management Consultant

Gather and organize information about the problem to be solved or the procedure to be improved through management consultations, team meetings, case framework analysis, and other applicable strategies. This may include Financial Processes (Cash Flow Management, Budgeting/Forecasting, Accounting Techniques, Financial Analysis, Marketing Techniques (Selection of the right marketing approach, Human Resources (Strategic approaches to managing human capital), and Work Processes (Developing systems for greater efficiency). Break the problem into small, manageable segments; identify the factors that affect the problem; decide how to approach the project. Research on current market trends, client’s competitors, product demands, and other related topics to support critical analysis. Analyze financial and other data, including revenue, expenditure, and employment reports. Develop solutions or alternative practices. Recommend new systems, procedures, or organizational changes to management through presentations or written reports. Confer with managers to ensure that the changes are working. Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Management, Organizational Sciences, or closely related. Knowledge of accounting & financial principles is required. FT.
